Gold Coast City Council’s kick start Initiative could not have come at a better time.
Multi-award wining over 50s lifestyle community, Seachange Village Arundel, can’t keep up with demand and needs to build at least one home a week just to meet the demands of existing clients.

The introduction of the kick start initiative by the Gold Coast City Council has allowed the developers of Seachange Village to kick start another stage of the development and continue on with what has been a very successful year.

While NSW retirees Wanda and Steve Fowler knew they wanted to retire on the Gold Coast, it wasn’t until they came across Seachange Village Arundel that they’d found their new home.
