The Jardin Concept

Whilst on a study tour through Florida in the USA the directors of the Award Winning Seachange Village Arundel saw the future of community living in over 50’s lifestyle villages where home owners have the benefit of enjoying a garden every day without the burden of having to maintain it.

In a first release of the concept in Australia, Seachange Village has developed a unique product, The Jardin, to further enhance its position as Award Winning Residential Lifestyle Development of the year. Seachange will rip up the existing concrete road and replace this with extensive landscaping to allow all homes to open on to a private garden sanctuary.

The Jardine release is the newest evolution for Seachange Village and offers for an exclusive limited release of 16 homes, a private landscaped boulevard that brings the joy and peace of the garden outlook into the home, every day.
