At the heart of Seachange Arundel is our 5-Star Country Club, an extension of every resident’s living room and a built expression of our mind, body and soul philosophy.
To nourish the soul we built spaces for friends to meet and groups to gather – meeting rooms and a dining room with stage and dance floor.
To nourish the body we incorporated the best sporting facilities – including a flood-lit tennis court and gym – so our residents can keep fit and fabulous.
To nourish the mind we incorporated a library, arts and craft studio and workshop so that our residents can continue to develop their life skills and hobbies.
And with everything integrated into a monthly activities calendar, you can do as much or as little as you choose.

The Village Green provides the community with an open air meeting place, a place where residents can celebrate public events or indulge in physical, social or spiritual activities.
The Village Green and community pavilions have been intimately designed to facilitate and respect the unique ways in which residents experience and use the park with their friends and family.
Seachange has become renowned for its landscaped areas, and the Village Green is a showcase area for use by residents, their family and friends.
It compliments the existing 5-Star Country Club where you can join with the residents for Yoga classes, book a private function for family and friends, join the walking group, or just enjoy a Sunday afternoon BBQ whilst playing tennis or swimming in the pool.
The Village Green offers residents:
Large grassed areas for those days the grandchildren visit
Intimate spaces for meditation, yoga and Thai Chi allowing residents to nourish their mind, body and soul
Two separate BBQ areas for those social family or community gatherings
A community pavilion for more intimate private or social gatherings including:
